Promotion FAQ
When do the social posts go out?
Promo Pack posts go out when your event is approved, one week out, and on show day. Full Throttle adds more posts in between.
Who writes the blog posts?
We do, from your flyer and details. You get to review it before it publishes.
Where do the posts appear?
On the Car Events Texas Facebook page and group, Instagram, and the blog. Every post links back to your event page.
How far ahead should I book?
Three to six weeks before the show gives the posts time to work. We can still help with less.
Can I get a refund if the show is cancelled?
If nothing has gone out yet, yes. If some posts have already run, we'll credit the rest toward your rescheduled date.
Do you offer multi-show discounts?
Yes. Clubs and promoters running three or more shows a year can ask about a bundle.
